| Metric | How to measure it | What it tells Brooks |
|---|---|---|
| Speed to lead | Median and 90th-percentile time from lead arrival to first reply and first human call, tracked separately. | How quickly new demand gets attention. |
| Follow-up completion | Required call tasks completed by their due time ÷ required call tasks due. | Whether the agreed cadence is being executed. |
| Unclosed-call coverage | Eligible unclosed calls enrolled in follow-up ÷ all eligible unclosed calls. | How many opportunities avoid manual handoff gaps. |
| Conversion by source | Won sales ÷ unique eligible opportunities from the same source and cohort. | Where improved response and follow-up create sales. |
| Acquisition cost ratio | Agreed marketing, inside-sales payroll, and Twine costs ÷ new inside-sales contract value. | Whether growth improves acquisition efficiency. |
| Support responsiveness | First-response time, open conversations past the agreed response target, and handling time per resolved conversation. | Whether inbox organization improves service capacity. |
Keep Genesys in place for the initial rollout. Build sales follow-up, prioritized sales inboxes, and reporting. Customer support is separately scoped. Autonomous support rescheduling, live balance lookups, and voice-agent replacement require separate scoping.
Both options have a 12-month term.
| Monthly results | Current baseline | With Twine |

Additional sales = form leads × improvement in form conversion + qualified call leads × improvement in call conversion. Calls already counted as form leads are excluded from the second calculation.
Additional contract value = additional sales × average contract value. Annual results assume 12 months at the selected conversion rates. These are estimates of new contract value, not cash collected.
Profitability is not estimated until a service contribution margin is provided. This is the share of revenue left after service delivery costs, before sales commission and fixed overhead. Optional contribution estimates subtract incremental sales commission and Twine fees; they are not net profit.
Acquisition cost ratio = marketing and inside-sales payroll, incremental sales commissions, Twine fees and one-twelfth of implementation, divided by monthly new contract value. Other software costs and possible staffing savings are not included.
The confirmed baseline is $4,371,240 per month in new inside-sales contract value across both brands. The allocation from entered lead volumes is $2,585,040 for Solutions and $1,786,200 for Control. Recurring revenue from previously sold contracts is excluded. This baseline is used for value modeling, not as an automatic AI commission base.
Annual-plan implementation uses the selected sales bootcamp, less the pilot credit applied once across both brands. AI outcome implementation is the separate $15,000 fee, with no pilot credit deducted.
One conversation means a customer thread within a seven-day window, classified as sales or support. Transfers do not add another conversation or count the same thread in both categories. The annual seat plan includes monthly sales conversation allowances by brand. Extra usage is billed in 1,000-conversation blocks, rounding a partial block up. Allowances do not carry forward. Unanswered reminders, spam and tests are excluded. Voice AI, iMessage numbers and work outside the agreed scope are priced separately.
